To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required, but no charges are processed at booking. Please enter your gift certificate number at checkout before adding credit card information. Gift certificates are securely redeemed after your massage.

Infinite Bliss Gift Certificate Policy

Purchase & Redemption
Gift certificates are valid for services offered by Infinite Bliss and must be redeemed by scheduling an appointment. The gift certificate code must be entered at the time of booking or presented at the appointment.

Business Hours & Communication
Infinite Bliss is a solo practitioner practice and does not have an answering service. Communication is handled during posted business hours. Messages received outside of business hours will be returned as soon as possible during the next business day.

Refunds

All Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable once redeemed or partially used. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Infinite Bliss if the gift certificate has not been redeemed. Refunds will not be issued while a bank dispute or chargeback is open.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or fraud claim for a valid gift certificate may delay resolution and refund processing. Infinite Bliss has the right to dispute any and all claims.  If a chargeback is submitted in error, Infinite Bliss reserves the right to dispute the claim and may request that the purchaser cancel the dispute so the matter can be resolved directly.

Expiration & Responsibility
Gift certificates expire one year from purchase date unless otherwise stated and is subject to change at discretion of Infinite Bliss. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to redeem the certificate and contact the business during operating hours for assistance.

Acceptance of Policy
Purchase or use of a gift certificate constitutes acceptance of this policy.
