Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, series, membership, or gift certificate with Infinite Bliss LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled by appointment only. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at booking unless stated otherwise. Charges apply only in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 100% of the service value, at the discretion of Infinite Bliss.

Memberships, Packages & Series

All memberships, service packages, and treatment series are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Memberships may be paused at any time upon request.
Cancellation is allowed at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable. Any remaining credits may still be used after cancellation in accordance with the membership terms.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable.
They have no cash value and may not be exchanged or transferred. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and will be redeemed after the service is completed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and, if considered, are issued solely at the discretion of Infinite Bliss LLC.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may shorten your session time to avoid impacting the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Massage therapy is provided for relaxation, pain management, and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical care. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information prior to treatment. Infinite Bliss reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Insurance, Auto & Workers’ Compensation

Insurance billing, including auto (PIP) or workers’ compensation, requires proper authorization and documentation. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and understanding their benefits. Any denied claims remain the client’s responsibility.

Professional Boundaries

Any inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

Communication

As a solo practitioner, Infinite Bliss may be unable to answer calls while in session. Messages will be returned during business hours as soon as possible. Messages received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Right to Refuse Service

Infinite Bliss LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.
