Refund, Cancellation & Membership Policy
At Infinite Bliss, all appointment times, memberships, and service packages are reserved exclusively for our clients. Please review the following policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate scheduled appointments. Full service fees apply.
Refund Policy
- All services, memberships, series, packages, and gift certificates are final sale.
- No refunds are issued for completed services, missed appointments, late cancellations, or unused sessions.
- Refunds, if considered, are issued solely at the discretion of Infinite Bliss in rare and extenuating circumstances.
Memberships
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Memberships may be paused at any time by the client.
- Memberships may be canceled at any time.
- Upon cancellation, any unused service credits remain valid and may still be redeemed in accordance with membership terms.
- Additional membership details, including usage and expiration, are outlined in the full policy.
Series & Packages
- Series and service packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Unused sessions remain valid unless otherwise stated in the package terms.
- Series and packages may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for services only.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
Credit Card Requirement
- A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
- Cards are not charged at booking unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
- Gift certificates and membership credits are redeemed after services are rendered.
Business Hours Communication
- Infinite Bliss is operated by a solo practitioner and may be unable to answer calls while in session.
- Messages are returned as soon as possible during business hours only.
- Calls, texts, and emails are not responded to outside of business hours.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, series, package, or gift certificate, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Membership Policy.
